Tracey Plant are fortunate to have been involved with a number of school developments and other civic building projects in Northern Ireland and Ireland.

With High Security requirements, and the necessity to have the highest levels of health and safety these projects must be managed and delivered on time.

The areas of application for Tracey Plant Ltd have been demolition of existing buildings, the site clearance and leveling of ground formation and the excavation and installation of foundations and all associated drainage and service runs.

In addition to these, the site clearance and installation of sport’s pitches and drainage, and the creation of sports courts for basketball and tennis, have been delivered with high standard finishes with access paths, hand-railing and fencing.
